This is a private stretching session akin to Thai Massage, Pressure Point Massage, and Yoga Posture Assistance to advance your practice while releasing stress and tension. Places of focus could be :

Morning Vinyasa
Join Alora at Flux Vertical Theater for a 1 hour group yoga class, Thursdays at 10:30am. This class focuses on movement through postures, strength in stability, and recovery for the day.
Please bring your own mat and any props that may assist in comfortability. It is recommended to bring a blanket or cushion to sit on. Please be respectful in maintaining a clean and fresh scent for class.
This class is appropriate for new and experienced practitioners.
Stretch Therapy
Experience assisted stretching, breath work, guided meditation, sound therapy, and personalized holistic treatments in a one-on-one private session. This package includes body positive coaching and postural evaluation in a peaceful setting, promoting restoration and self-discovery.
